We’re seeking a proactive and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our expanding team at BANNER AIRCRAFT INTERNATIONAL, INC. This position is open in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire life cycle of sales, purchasing, repairs, and exchanges, guiding customers seamlessly from initial inquiry to final delivery
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions – from simple to complex – including conducting additional research and situation analysis when needed
• Liaise with American, European, and other international suppliers (manufacturers, repair stations, distributors of aircraft parts, etc.)
• Source aircraft components on trading platforms and collect relevant data
• Place orders and provide distributors with all required documentation
• Maintain strong working relationships with the procurement departments of airlines and freight companies

Required Profile & Qualifications

• Advanced English & Communication: Excellent negotiation skills to communicate comfortably with international counterparts. Knowledge of Tagalog or other SEA languages is a plus
• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work in flexible shifts to cover US/European business hours or regional SEA needs
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in an airline procurement department, with an aircraft parts supplier or in customer support is preferred
• Data & Analytics: Analytical thinking with experience in procurement data analytics and high attention to detail
• Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers
