We offer our customers a wide range of aircraft parts and consumable materials. We’re seeking a proactive and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our expanding team at BANNER AIRCRAFT INTERNATIONAL, INC. This position is open in South America (Chile, Colombia, or Panama).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through all stages of the transaction: demonstrate the benefits of our services and products, receive and process purchase orders, and manage the end-to-end transaction process
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions—from simple to complex—including conducting additional research and situation analysis when needed
• Liaise with American, European, and other international suppliers (manufacturers, repair stations, distributors of aircraft parts, etc.)
• Source aircraft components on trading platforms and collect relevant data
• Place orders and provide distributors with all required documentation
• Manage the full cycle of sales, purchasing, repairs, and exchanges
• Maintain strong working relationships with the procurement departments of airlines and freight companies

Required Profile & Qualifications

• Advanced written and spoken English to communicate comfortably and effectively with international counterparts
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Strong motivation for professional growth and development
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• A university degree
• Experience with procurement data analytics
• Prior experience in an airline procurement department or with an aircraft parts supplier is preferred
• Proven customer support experience is a plus
