We’re seeking a proactive and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our expanding team at BANNER AIRCRAFT INTERNATIONAL, INC. (https://banner.aero/).
This position is open in South America (Chile, Colombia, or Panama).
Our company is an international distributor and supplier of aerospace components, materials, and ground support equipment (GSE).
Our mission is to exceed customers’ expectations through continuous improvement, development, and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
• Guide customers through all stages of the transaction: demonstrate the benefits of our services and products, receive and process purchase orders, and manage the end-to-end transaction process.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions—from simple to complex—including conducting additional research and situation analysis when needed.
• Liaise with American, European, and other international suppliers (manufacturers, repair stations, distributors of aircraft parts, etc.).
• Source aircraft components on trading platforms and collect relevant data.
• Place orders and provide distributors with all required documentation.
• Manage the full cycle of sales, purchasing, repairs, and exchanges.
• Maintain strong working relationships with the procurement departments of airlines and freight companies.
Requirements:
• Advanced written and spoken English to communicate comfortably and effectively with international counterparts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Strong motivation for professional growth and development.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• A university degree.
• Experience with procurement data analytics.
• Prior experience in an airline procurement department or with an aircraft parts supplier is preferred.
• Proven customer support experience is a plus.
