Job Summary: This is an ideal opportunity for recent university graduates or junior specialists with minimal working experience looking to kick-start their careers in customer support and sales. As a Junior Coordinator, you will receive comprehensive training, enabling you to develop into a professional in the field.

 

Major Duties: -  Assist in obtaining quotations and securing competitive bids for aerospace components and services.

-  Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries about order status and deliveries.

-  Assist in maintaining record keeping.

-  Support sales representatives, sales managers, and the shipping department.

-  Process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) from clients and place orders with vendors.

-  Conduct research on potential suppliers and products.

-  Contribute to a positive team environment, working towards shared performance goals.

 

Desired Education/Experience for Hiring: - Recent university graduate (degree preferred).

-  Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

-  Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).

-  Team-oriented and committed to supporting co-workers.
