BANNER AIRCRAFT INTERNATIONAL (https://banner.aero/) is an international distributor of aerospace components, technical supplies and tools. We carry out deliveries and exchanges of node and accessories for aircraft (Airbus, Boeing) and helicopters (Airbus Helicopters, Bell, Sikorsky).
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager in Argentina who loves their job to join our team, which is now actively growing, offering an exciting opportunity to work and progress within an international company.
Responsibilities
- Accompany the customer during the whole cycle of the deal. Particularly, show to advantage the company’s services and products to the customer, receive an order, and organize and control its execution.
- A considerable share of the Account Manager’s work is solving customers’ problems and answering their questions – both easy and complicated ones. Some of them require carrying out research and analysis of a certain situation.
- Work and communicate with American, European, and other foreign suppliers (manufacturers and distributors of aviation parts, etc.)
- Gather data and search for aviation components on trading platforms
- Place orders and provide distributors with the necessary documentation
- Control the full cycle of selling, repairing, and exchanging aviation parts
- Support good rapport with supply departments of air companies and delivery services
Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of written and spoken English as you’ll have to constantly communicate with foreign partners.
- Knowledge of the Russian language is a big plus.
- Residence and work permit in Argentina.
- Good negotiation skills, flexibility in communication, ability to establish a friendly relationship with customers

- Experience with procurement data analytics
- Experience working in an airline company (procurement department or material and technical support department)
