your experience
- Direct sales of aviation services and spare parts on a large scale
- Deep knowledge of the Colombian and wider LATAM aerospace and aviation market dynamics
- Successful business development in airworthiness maintenance and after-sales service
- Expert knowledge in aircraft component supply and/or repair management
- Established, executive-level relations with decision-makers at leading regional airlines
- Experience conducting effective negotiations and closing complex commercial transactions
- A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree (preferably in Aviation, Engineering or Business)
- Native Spanish and Fluent English (mandatory); proficiency in Portuguese is a strong advantage
responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Regional Area Director and assisting in identifying new business opportunities
- Complimenting marketing and business activities in the country to support strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities in the Spanish speaking region of LATAM
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities for leadership review
- Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, procurement trends, and fleet expansions
- Collaborating with the Area Director and the global marketing team to develop targeted promotional materials and regional sales strategies
- External development of the company including seeking new partners and agents, possible opening of branches, accessing new markets. Collecting and analyzing information on the market and customers
- Participating in and managing local marketing initiatives, industry events, exhibitions, and product presentations

- Business trips: regular domestic trips in Colombia to visit and meet customers
