your experience
- Industry Experience: Proven track record of success in the aviation aftermarket industry (aviation parts, MRO, PMA, or OEM sourcing)
- Network: Active, deeply established relationships with procurement, supply chain, asset management, and engineering decision-makers within airlines and operators across the Arabian Gulf
- Leadership: Extensive experience building, mentoring, and managing remote sales/business development team members across multiple Middle Eastern countries or time zones
- Mindset: A highly proactive, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a “build-from-scratch” environment and is strictly focused on immediate revenue generation and operational discipline
responsibilities:
- Organization Building: Design and build a lean regional team focused on fast revenue generation. Recruit and manage professionals who demonstrate immediate commercial impact and understand the local business culture
- Client Portfolio Development: Map every commercial airline, low-cost carrier, and private operator flying Western aircraft across the Arabian Gulf. Build, qualify, and maintain an active portfolio of decision-makers within airline procurement, supply chain, technical, and executive departments
- Revenue Enablement: Seamlessly hand over qualified regional accounts to Banner’s commercial teams, providing strategic local support to close high-value deals when necessary
- Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain transparent pipeline tracking and provide regular reporting directly to the Global Head of Business Development
- Market Intelligence: Deliver insights on regional competitor activity, localized pricing trends, regulatory shifts, and product gaps. Represent Banner Aircraft at key regional aviation industry events and exhibitions (e.g., Dubai Airshow, MRO Middle East)
